Another one of nature’s amazing remedies – Apple Cider Vinegar! It is known for it’s healing powers and it’s contribution to a healthy functioning body. My husband and I decided to incorporate my latest creation into our morning routine – the Apple Cider Vinegar tea with Lemon and Honey.
1 tsp Honey
1 tsp Lemon juice
2 tsp Apple Cider vinegar
in a cup of hot water
Sometimes I spice it up with a little cinnamon, ginger, or some orange or apple juice. It’s a hearty and warm start to the day. Ginger is highly recommended if you have arthritis.
